TechBond 7700 / TechBond 7789

A new generation of high-performance hot melt adhesive for carton bonding, used in carton forming and sealing, folding carton forming and sealing, paper packaging, paper tray forming, etc. Compared with ordinary EVA hot melt adhesive for sealing boxes, it has better thermal stability and good carbon-free performance for hot melt adhesive equipment. The product has high initial tack and excellent curing time, and can meet the needs of high-speed production lines.

Suitable for bonding sealed cartons and boxes, such as carton forming and sealing, folding box forming and sealing, paper packaging, and paper tray forming, etc. It is particularly suitable for bonding coated cardboard and surfaces with heavy ink, and has excellent curing speed and good heat resistance.

Suitable for the bonding of cardboard boxes, such as the forming and sealing of cardboard boxes, the forming and sealing of folding cartons, paper packaging, and the forming of paper trays. It exhibits good thermal stability in a molten state, excellent hot melt adhesion, and an extremely short curing time. Due to its good heat resistance, it is suitable for high-temperature filling and heat-shrink packaging.

Suitable for the bonding of cardboard boxes, such as the forming and sealing of cardboard boxes, the forming and sealing of folding cartons, paper packaging, and the forming of paper trays. It exhibits good thermal stability, hot tack, and extremely short curing time in the molten state. The product is odorless and is especially suitable for food packaging that is sensitive to odors.
